Q: Do you give refunds?

A: Unfortunately no, since there’s no way to verify whether or not the item has been removed from your inventory, we can’t offer a refund on your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or the way it was presented in any way, please let us know, either by IM, or leaving a critical review on the marketplace if you purchased it there. This will help us improve our presentation and quality of future products.



Q: Are your avatars mesh?

A: Yes and no. Our avatars use mesh attachments, but they are all built around using the default SL body.



Q: Do you sell individual avatar parts?

A: No, all avatars are only sold complete. I will try and put together some stock parts for mods though.



Q: Can I have the skin textures for an applier?

A: Of course! Send a message to Blaze Borgin (me) in-world, and I’ll provide you with the necessary textures, under the condition that you are not allowed to redistribute the textures to anyone else/redistribute edited versions of the textures to anyone else.



Q: Can I rip textures for personal use?

A: Yes, that’s fine with me, under the condition that you are not allowed to redistribute the textures to anyone else/redistribute edited versions of the textures to anyone else.



Q: I didn’t get a UV map for a certain part of my avatar.

A: Some of our older avatars use sculpted prims instead of mesh parts, and can be textured as such.



Q: I messed up one or more of my attachments.

A: Locate the box your purchase came in in your inventory and unbox a new one.



Q: I have lost my purchase. Can I get another one?

A: Sure thing. Message either Blaze Borgin or Doug Falta and we’ll send you a redelivery. (We’re planning on adding a redelivery terminal some time, don’t worry).



Q: I paid the vendor but didn’t receive my product.

A: Message either Blaze Borgin or Doug Falta and we’ll send you a redelivery. (We’re planning on adding a redelivery terminal some time, don’t worry). Please do not pay the vendor a second time.
